Content Director

One of the leading integrated communications agencies are searching for a Head of Digital & Content to run their bespoke Content Division.

The agency:

Based in buzzing West End in the heart of all the action – this agency currently have around 80 people within the business across the likes of Content, PR, Partnerships, Strategy, Creative and Events. They are a work hard / play hard agency with a vibrant office and a creative, youthful team. They have also recently merged with an US business to extend their reach across the Atlantic.


Their clients range from Fashion, Luxury, Lifestyle and are well-known global brands. The content team has its own clients as well as working on integrated client across the agency, this is only set to have huge growth as the team grows.

The role:

As The Head of Digital & Content within the business you will be responsible for not only a growing team (currently sitting at 7 people) but will also be responsible as being the person the agency lead on in terms of high level digital strategy. You’ll be a digital expert with a passion for content and an understanding of SEO. You’ll define the strategy for the digital team, be a lead creative in the business as well as driving new business and leading the content team into new territory.

You:

  • 6+ years experience
  • Agency experience
  • Social and content marketing expert with an understanding of SEO
  • A strong leader  - can manage a team
  • Experience in new business + delivering pitches
  • Being a commercial digital expert
