Within this role you will be analytical, and data led, specialise in direct communications to players via key channels including in-game messages, mobile push, email, web, social.
- Working closely with the publishing team to create highly engaging campaigns.
- Create and set CRM strategies & activities
- Analyse campaign performance and provide meaningful insights
- Support the marketing team with in content planning in-game, email, pop ups & video
- Strong CRM and marketing experience with experience in consumer facing mobile apps and/ or videogames
- Highly analytical with strong big data experience
- Strong writing & editorial capabilities
- You will have CRM and retention experience
- Good international experience is a must
- Ability to travel on a regular basis is important
