A charity with a long heritage and branches across the UK is looking for a digital social/content executive on a temp to permanent contract. This role is very likely to become permanent, and they will consider contractors/freelancers who are able to commit to a minimum of 2 months.
You will use Brandwatch to perform social listening in addition to overseeing, editing and uploading content and images via their CMS. The content is all organic (rather than paid) and you will have the opportunity to run email marketing campaigns, although this experience is not essential.
Your role will include setting up the social channels, monitoring insights and using your CMS experience to ensure correct content is shared in line with the brand guidelines. In summary your experience should include most of the following:
- CMS content management and editing
- Social media channel set up
- Understanding how to use social listening tools
- Ability to train or coach people on how to use social media
