Newly created role focused on digital acquisition with a focus on both retention and growth. This brand is seeking an experienced email & crm manager who will be responsible for developing eCRM programs. Ownership of customer segmentation, develop, deliver trigger-based customer journeys. Use data and insights to develop and implement behavioural based eCRM.
- Full knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in eCRM role, email marketing, CRM or similar.
- Prior industry experience in financial services, fintech or similar would be useful.
- Previous experience in managing a large eCRM programme
- A good understanding of GDPR best practice
- Awareness and knowledge of wider digital marketing channels
- A good understanding of the latest trends and best practices in eCRM/email marketing and measurement
