Role

This is a newly created role, and you will be working closely with a powerhouse financial services/ payments brand. As an experienced eCRM Project Manager, you’ll quickly slot right into this deadline-driven team as a safe pair of hands who can help them create and deliver their multi-variant eCRM comms.

Ideal Background

You’ll have detailed knowledge of developing and delivering world class CRM across multiple routes to market and customer segments
You may already be working in a similar role in a client environment – or might be working in an agency in an eCRM/ CRM specialist position.
My client is seeking at least 5 years of solid and relevant experience in eCRM – if you have FS or other regulated industry experience, which would be great – and some of that will be from a B2B focused role
Strong project management skills with managing end to end
