Email Marketing Lead (CRM)

Due to digital transformation and growth, they are looking to build their CRM email marketing offering and have dedicated resource to hire a specialist as part of a wider digital team.

This is an opportunity to be innovative and strategic, together with having a direct impact on the growth and conversion success of their customer audience base through email marketing. You’ll get the chance to be part of the wider digital transformation plans, take ownership of the email marketing strategy including providing guidance on a new automation strategy and get exposure to some interesting digital projects and campaigns.

You will develop and oversee a comprehensive email testing plan and continually optimise for best performance, with the aim of growing revenue and increasing conversion via email, SMS and push notifications.

You will plan and manage the email marketing calendar and segmented email campaigns, recommending changes to email execution and strategy. You’ll deliver personalised content to drive engagement and increase LTV. You will have a track record of increasing conversion rates through delivering the right targeted messages at the right time.
