Reporting to the group board and leading the marketing team you will be putting in place the marketing strategy and setting the vision to enhance the brand. This is a fully integrated role including ownership of all marketing channels - communications, digital, events and social. Leading an international team, you will manage performance, planning budgets and ROI.
- Continue to enhance digital footprint including website performance, SEO, social media and marketing automation.
- Producing ideas for brand building events and leading campaigns to enhance company promotion and new products.
- Management of PR and media agencies to enhance content topics and focus.
- Content production including blogs, infographics and thought leadership.
- Brand ambassador to enhance company vision & culture.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within financial services, fintech or financial software.
- Strong digital marketing experience including social, performance marketing
- Familiar with web analytics tools and marketing automation tools (pardot, google analytics)
- At least 5 years+ experience of managing a global marketing team.
