Head of Creative & Content – up to £80k

Working on behalf of a high-growth iGaming and entertainment brand in London, I am recruiting for an in-house Head of Creative & Content.

This is a high growth scale up iGaming company with significant investment focusing on the UK, European and US markets.

You will be an experienced creative/ digital content writer (6 years minimum) who has led digital and/or social campaigns across gaming/ gambling, sports, entertainment or similar. Copywriting, sales messaging or social content writing experience is beneficial for the role.

The Role
Working within the business marketing team and reporting into internal stakeholders, you will be creating campaign ideas for the organisation and managing an in-house creative team to deliver projects and results. As a skilled storyteller you will be creating targeted campaigns that achieve commercial results and increased ROI. You will be commercially driven and comfortable with P&L and KPI ownership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create innovative creative and marketing campaigns including product promotions, season start launches and key events throughout the year
  • Create strong sales messaging, digital and social content to create engaging campaigns and promotions
  • Define and develop creative deliverables with the design team
  • Implement the correct strategy to ensure market growth
  • Partner with agencies and manage internal and external resource
  • Develop and manage a consistent tone-of-voice across the organisation
