This is a broad communications role focused mainly on internal communications across different audiences. The role offers variety including internal events, sharing member stories, pulling together the group communications programme and working within their intranet to build engagement.
You will work closely with the head of brand and marketing to deliver the internal comms and engagement strategy, helping to embed a wide programme of change. This is a very collaborative role as you work with teams across the business, creating content and producing internal communications. You will be responsible for the budget and the commissioning of creative teams including copywriters, designers and video producers.
