The Role
This brand already has a significant customer base with 1000% YnY growth. This client is seeking a head of marketing with experience of growing a subscription brand at scale. You will be working closely with the founders in order to create a growth plan.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design a B2C marketing strategy (online and offline)
- meet sales targets and achieve growth of our customer base, working on all aspects of the funnel with an emphasis on our acquisition and retention
- Working closely with the founders and technology team to improve the customer experience/ UX of the platform to simplify and improve.
- Implement test & learn methodology across all Marketing channels.
- You’ll source and manage external teams such as designers, photographers or videographers to help execute offline and Online strategy
- You’ll work closely with Tech teams (incl. IT, UX)
Background
- Senior marketing leadership experience within an ecommerce/ subscription start up
- Brand & community building experience through partnerships
- You will have a track record of building significant start-up growth
