An opportunity has arisen with a a specialist online print-based eCommerce company for a Performance Marketing Specialist  to join their established marketing team. This is a broad hands-on role and is well suited to an ambitious self-starter.

What will you be doing?

Paid Social/PPC

  • The primary responsibility for Performance Marketing Specialist is to support the Performance Marketing Specialist  in implementing, analysing and optimising Printed.com digital marketing campaigns. This role will mainly focus on Printed.com paid search, social and display activities based on the business’s acquisition targets and the performance marketing strategy. The role will also be expected to provide actionable insights and recommendations on how to improve performance for these channels.
  • Data-driven, cross-channel experience to push forward online acquisition and remarketing campaigns, who can deliver insightful reports and identify new opportunities
  • The Performance Marketing Specialist will manage the day-to-day relationship with a PPC agency, as well as working alongside internal teams (Designers and Product Marketing) to support and launch Paid Social and Display campaigns.

Product performance monitoring

  • Manage media channel spend against KPIs
  • Investigate, evaluate and make media recommendations
  • Collaborate with agency partners and internal team members to develop cutting edge performance digital media campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Work with teams to define appropriate process and deadlines that will ensure seamless and efficient execution
  • Develop creative briefs for all display ads and turn over to the creative team and manage end to end production.
  • Build effective working relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on digital plans

Reporting

  • Creation of a monthly report
  • Investigate, evaluate and make media recommendations
  • Produce meaningful post-campaign analysis and improve the value of digital advertising through testing, targeting and refining plans
  • Analyse return on advertising spend

 

What skills do you need?

  • PPC management –2+ years experience of managing PPC accounts
  • Paid Social  – 2+ years experience launching and managing Facebook and Instagram Campaigns
  • Strong organisation skills – for managing and creating end to end campaigns
  • Commercial acumen to make objective and financially sound solutions
  • Flexibility and adaptability – to ensure urgent business needs can be accommodated
  • Reporting and analysis – create and set up tracking and reporting.  Providing regular analysis
