Recruitment Talent Partner – Digital

£18k - £25k plus Quarterly bonuses/ benefits
Full time role
As a Talent Partner, you will be working with an experienced team who offer a high-performance learning culture, with plenty of support and fun. You will be joining an established digital recruitment brand and challenged with networking and establishing good quality candidate relationships across the digital marketplace including the UK, Europe & US. Target driven, this is a 180 role where you will be tasked with continuing to support our lead consultants/ directors with identifying top talent and building out our digital community.

What we are looking for
We are looking for someone with 1+ years sales and/or recruitment experience, who is seeking a stepping stone into the digital recruitment sector. The role would equally suit someone looking to work within digital recruitment without business development targets.

Ownership over candidate experience and content marketing
Develop your candidate knowledge across digital; become an expert in your market
Industry events, meetups and networking
Client management and development across various specialist sectors; build long lasting relationships across your key accounts
A minimum of 1 year’s relevant sales / recruitment experience
Graduate or equivalent qualifications
A sense of humour and hunger to do well
Strong interest in the digital marketplace
Exceptional communication skills
Someone who is happy regularly talking to candidates & building quality relationships
Must be able to commute to our Clapham based office a minimum of 3 days per week
A knowledge of the digital marketing, creative or technology is beneficial but not essential
