Senior Content and Community Manager – FMCG

A perfect opportunity for a talented Senior Content and Community Manager to become part of an award winning and fast growth digital and marketing agency.
This role will drive social media success across several well-known household brands including food & drink, growing their online presence and building social communities.
You’ll be joining an agency team who are passionate about social and creative. You’ll work closely with digital specialists and brand managers whilst line managing a Junior Content and Community Manager.
- You will write copy for organic posts responding to customer and influencer comments and questions.
- Manage a network of brand advocates.
- Take client briefs share with creative teams.
- Plan and create social content calendars.
- Present content ideas and brand social strategy to clients.
- Training, mentoring and setting expectations/goals.
- 4 years + experience ideally within agency, FMCG or consumer brands.
- Be able to produce engaging and creative social media and digital work.
- An editorial background and creative skills would be an advantage.
