I am working with a leading, global drinks brand who are recruiting for a Senior Social Strategist to drive best-in-class content across social channels in line with business goals. Reporting into the social and strategy lead, you will be working with the social and strategy team and managing 2-3 strategists/ channel managers

 

You will require 7+ years’ experience in a strategic, brand development role(s) with content and social strategy as a core function. A strong understanding of content marketing and experience managing stakeholders is beneficial. FMCG and/ or other consumer experience is beneficial.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Building the strategy across the clients’ brand portfolio
  • Managing the implementation of this strategy with the social media manager, channel managers and key stakeholders
  • Line manage 2-3 strategists and channel managers
  • Delivering reports, performance tracking & trend analysis to clients
  • Run client workshops
  • Support with marketing reviews and case studies from a social and strategic perspective

 

Key Requirements

  • 7 years’ experience in a strategic, brand development role(s) with content and social strategy a core function
  • Proven experience of working in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • Strong understanding of content marketing – social and e-com in particular
  • Strong experience of working with social listening tools and social publishing platforms (e.g. Sprinklr)
  • Be confident to present and justify work based on robust insights to client
  • Comfortable working with and briefing data and creative teams
  • Line management experience
